Our regular delivery time typically ranges from 1 to 14 business days and is applicable to all available shipping methods. Orders received before 14:00 on weekdays are dispatched on the same day, provided that the selected product is in stock and TNT Albania is chosen as the preferred shipping carrier. Please be aware that customized products may require an additional day for delivery.
Our dispatch center is located in Tirana, and the actual delivery duration is contingent upon your geographical location.
Upon making your payment, we offer one primary delivery option: utilizing the services of TNT Albania. It is important to note that our standard delivery timeframe of 1 to 14 days applies universally across all delivery methods.
Rest assured that all our packages are traceable. Once your package departs from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link URL. This URL is regularly updated to reflect the current status of your shipment.

Order Placement Process
1. Following the placement of your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided. If you cannot locate the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it remains elusive, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
2. Your order will be diligently packed and, once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification indicating that the package is en route to you. This email will also contain a URL link to your order summary, where you can find your unique parcel number and a tracking link.
3. When your package is in possession of the designated agent, you will receive a phone call notifying you of its imminent delivery.
