We offer easy shopping and the opportunity to test the product. Please note, however, that the packaging must be opened in order to be able to test the product, we want the damage to the package to be as minimal as possible. If the product is damaged, we have the right to assess how much the sale value has decreased and deduct this amount from the refund.
Products that cannot be returned after the packaging is broken are: intimate products, hygiene products, underwear, products where the seal has been broken by the consumer, headphones, cosmetic products, etc. A return takes 14 days to process.
If you want to return a product, you must first report your case here. Please note that you must enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order when you report your case.
From the moment you report your case, you have 7 days to return the product. We are responsible for arranging the transport to reach you and collect the package from you. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for return shipping charges if you change your mind within 1 day of receiving your order. But if you verify the product in the presence of the courier and reject the order, then you are not responsible for the cargo fee.
We will refund you within 14 days in case of cancellation, delay and complaint. Don't forget to tell us how you want us to transfer the money to you depending on how you made the payment. ATTENTION! If you paid for an item with a gift card, you can only receive a gift card in return, not cash.

Delivery
We offer delivery with the agent NPost with home delivery as well as physical delivery of the product from our office in Prishtina. Free shipping applies to orders over 50 EUR, otherwise the shipping cost is 3 EUR. Orders received before 2pm on working days are always dispatched the same day. Payment
Payment can be made through the cash on delivery service, direct physical payment, as well as payment via invoice.
Cash on delivery service
In a cash on delivery service, you as the customer make the payment the moment you receive the package from the courier.
Invoice
In an invoice purchase, you as the customer first pay the invoice, which includes the cost of the product and the cost of shipping. Once you've made your payment, you're free to accept your package when the courier arrives with it!
Credit Card Payment
For added convenience, we also offer direct credit card payments. You can choose to pay the full amount, including the product's cost and shipping charges, upfront. Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll be able to receive your package when the courier arrives with it. At Bonbona, we strive to provide a variety of payment methods to cater to your diverse preferences.
Sales to minors
If you are under 18, you must have a parent's permission to order from us.
Warranty & Complaints
We guarantee that the goods you receive are free of defects upon delivery. If, despite this, you receive a damaged product, you report your complaint here. Please note that you must always enter your name and the email address you used to place your order. You have a 1-year warranty on all products. We pay return shipping in the event of a return due to a complaint. In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the recommendations of the General Grievance Board.
You have the right to open the packaging free of charge to check that the product is working.
